Most items available through Gennywren Silver are handmade in Sterling Silver. Any items featuring other metals, such as copper or brass will be clearly indicated in the item listing. All metals and components are purchased within the UK from reputable bullion dealers & traders to ensure the quality of the end pieces.

As all items are handmade, please be aware that no two pieces, even of the same design will be exactly the same. Small and subtle differences mean that your item is truly one of a kind!

In the case of personalised & handstamped pieces, handstamping involves the use of special design or font stamps which are hand struck with a hammer. This process inherently means that there will be variations in each piece made: depth of stamping imprint, alignment and spacing variations are to be expected and form part of the charm of each unique piece created using the technique.
Whilst we take every care to ensure the accuracy of any personalisation through good communication with customers, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any personalisation is accurate. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that any sizing information given must also be accurate.
We advise that any sizing measurements be carried out by a jeweller and passed on to us.
Gennywren Silver will not be liable for any spelling, grammatical or sizing inaccuracies where this information has been given by the customer & the customer is liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

Please be aware that all metal will tarnish over time. This is a natural & unavoidable process that can occur at a different rates, depending on exposure to chemicals such as perfumes, body lotions or swimming pool chlorine as well as your own body's natural Ph level! You can reduce tarnish by avoiding putting your jewellery in contact with hand creams etc and by removing before swimming. It is also advisable to avoid manual work whilst wearing jewellery, both to protect your jewellery and for health and safety considerations.

My jewellery is unsuitable for young children as it necessarily comprises small components that could pose a choking hazard.

Finally, please be aware that all pieces are photographed for use on social media and for marketing purposes.
Custom Orders and Personalisation
I love custom orders! Custom pieces vary in price, depending on the size and complexity of the design. Please feel free to contact me with your needs and I look forward to working with you on your one of a kind design.
Payment
I accept PayPal, Credit Card and Debit card payment in GBP£ through Paypal, my payment processing provider SumUp and through the payment procesing system operated by Etsy.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is made or shipped. If you are having any issues with payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.
Please ensure that all contact details and shipping addresses are accurate and up to date as I am only able to ship to the address given at time of purchase. This is for our mutual protection in the unlikely case of a lost parcel.
Customers in the UK can pay with a direct bank transfer if they wish, please contact me directly if you want to use this method.
Shipping
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) during checkout.
Depending on the item purchased, it will be shipped in a gift box or envelope, securely wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a sturdy postal box.
Wherever possible, Gennywren Silver uses recycled and recyclable materials for shipping.
Gennywren Silver is only able to ship within the UK at this time.
Sterling Silver items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard. This product offers a next day, tracked, insured & signed for service, which is necessary for mutual security.

Standard shipping for ready to post items within the UK normally takes 3-5 working days.

Personalised or made to order packages are generalyl shipped within 14 days, but may take longer depending on the item ordered.

Delivery times may take longer at busy times, for example at Christmas, so please do get in touch if you have a deadline to meet.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package.
I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the nature of the product, personalised items are non refundable. Therefore, please take care to ensure that any information supplied for these items is carefully checked for accuracy.
