Gift vouchers are available to purchase by clicking on the gift voucher image link to the right.

Please take note of the following key points:

• Gennywren Silver gift vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase and can be purchased for preset values or for your own chosen amount upto a maximum of £1000.

• Gennywren Silver gift vouchers can be used to pay for most items either online and in person. 

• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. 

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can cash change or refunds be given.

• If you change your mind about your chosen item, with the exception of personalised items, you may exchange your item for another item.  Any difference in price will either be credited back to your gift voucher total, or in the case of a higher priced item, the difference will be payable.  You may use any remaining gift voucher balance or cash/card payment as applicable.

• Egift vouchers can be sent automatically by choosing the "This gift card is for another person" option.

• If you would prefer to have a physical gift voucher to present to your recipient, please get in touch before payment via gennywrensilver@gmail.com to request a physical voucher. 

• Physical gift vouchers can be posted either to you as the purchaser or directly to the intended recipient.  UK postage is included.

• To redeem a gift voucher online, simply add your chosen items to your cart and enter your Egift voucher code into the promo box on checkout.  

• In person, please either present your physical gift voucher or show your Egift voucher.  The amount will be deducted from your gift voucher total.

• You can check the remaining balance on your gift card at any point by request via gennywrensilver@gmail.com

• Gennywren Silver cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
