Returns

If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange, please email gennywrensilver@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item stating your order number.

Please note the following items are non-returnable/non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty - should this be the case, please send photographs of the fault in your email:

• Earrings

• Personalised or commissioned pieces

• Sale items

• Limited edition pieces

Multiple exchanges will incur an administrative charge.

Items being returned should be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition, fit for resale.  If items are not returned in this condition, a refund may not be possible.
